Chicago, IL – Catalyst Consulting Group, Inc. (Catalyst) was awarded a contract by the City of Chicago’s Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) to continue to provide enhancement and support for the Online Full Payment Certificate Application (OFPC), the Water Billing IVR, and various web services supporting the two referenced applications. Through this contract Catalyst will also provide project management support for Department of Finance (DoF) initiatives.
In June of 2015, Catalyst launched the new OFPC application. Users of the legacy application were migrated to the new application in phases, and in October of 2015 the legacy application was shut down. In the past year Catalyst has worked with DoIT and DoF to launch two additional strategic initiatives for the City: Garbage Fees and Service Fees. Both initiatives required significant changes to the OFPC and the IVR web services and interfaces. Catalyst collaborated with multiple City vendors and teams to develop, test, and implement the requirements for each fee within the timelines set by the Mayor’s office. The garbage and service fees were successfully launched without issue in early 2016. We look forward to continuing to build and expand upon our relationship with both DoIT and the DoF.
